About Our Team Members

John Seville
Managing Principal
John is an entrepreneurial technology and business leader. He has successfully launched four businesses during his career, Computer Consultants of Colorado, Chief Technology Consultants, (the) Center for Transformative Coaching, and his most recent venture, Ascent Leadership Group started in 2014. In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, John has served in multiple corporate CIO and COO roles. In 2013, the Denver Business Journal (DBJ) and Society for Information Management (SIM) nominated John for the Colorado CIO of the Year award as one of three candidates. Outside of his vocational career, he serves on the Colorado Society for Information Management board and the Colorado State Shooting Association board as the president. He enjoys working with his horses, flyfishing, and hunting. He lives on his ranch in Elizabeth, CO, with his wife of 37 years and has two grown daughters and three grandchildren.

Robert Murray
Principal
Hailing from Cape Town, South Africa, Rob graduated from Stellenbosh University before moving to the United States in 2002. Over the last fifteen years, Rob has worked at the intersection of Faith, Business, and Social Justice. This journey led him to complete a Master's Degree in Social & Civic Entrepreneurship, and he recently completed his Doctorate in Transformational Leadership.
As a co-founder and CEO of Transformed Leader, Rob fosters a deep passion for developing transformative resources and approaches that systemically help leaders and teams engage in deep-change strategies, both personally and professionally. Franklin, Tennessee, is home to Rob and his wife Natalie, and their four beautiful kiddos.

Jack Nicholson
Principal
Over the past 20 years, Jack has helped growing organizations navigate the human side of executive leadership. He has consulted with entrepreneurial and mid-size businesses as well as non-profit organizations to build emotionally intelligent leadership teams and culturally sound workplaces. He specializes in equipping executives in the core competencies of effective leadership, including leading constructive change, transforming organizational conflict, building relationships of trust, and releasing creativity and innovation. Jack has three Master’s degrees in Human and Organizational Systems, Counseling, and Theology and has a lifelong professional interest in how deep change and transformation occur for individuals, teams, and organizations. He is currently working on his Doctorate of Philosophy in the integration of Religion and Society.
He has been married for 34 years, has three adult children, and enjoys living in Nashville, TN.
